Thomas Moschos, a fifth-generation livestock farmer and cheesemaker, won the European Award for Best Male Organic Farmer at the EU Organic Awards for 2023! Thomas, along with his brother Christos, continues the family tradition as the fifth generation of livestock farmers/cheesemakers. 80% of their production is distributed within a few kilometers radius in Kastoria, a small percentage reaches Western Macedonia, Athens, Thessaloniki, and an even smaller amount goes abroad to Germany and Denmark.
