Byzantine monuments
In Prespa National Park there is a treasure trove of Byzantine monuments. The Byzantine heritage here is preserved through the remains of churches and monasteries, adorned with elaborate frescoes, which reflect the spiritual and artistic values of the Byzantine Empire. Indicative of the Byzantine wealth of the region, are the following three monuments presented through 360-degree photographs with reference to specific details of historical and religious interest.
