The Municipal Library of Prespa is located in the village of Laimos and is housed in a traditional stone building. In 2013 it was renovated with a grant from COSMOTE and later on, through the Poliprespa programme (2018-2022), it was equipped and staffed with the donation of Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF).
Our library is not only a lending library, but also a cultural centre and a venue where educational activities and events for children and young people take place.
Access to its material and participation in events is free for the residents of Prespa and occasionally for visitors to the area.
