Presplorers: Prespa Explorers – Waterbirds

12-18

The Presplorers environmental education group was created by young people from Prespa as part of the LIFE Prespa Waterbirds program. In their meetings, they learned about the area’s biodiversity through games and field activities. They became young scientists, studying and recording changes around the lake shore, monitoring waterbirds, and gaining experience in managing the wetland. The activities include an introduction that provides information about each subject, methodology outlining the steps for implementation, a list of required materials, visual aids, worksheets, and examples.
