A river of games, knowledge and experiences

The main goal of the program is for children to learn about the ecology, functions, and values of rivers and streams, understand the main threats they face, and become sensitized to seek solutions to address these threats. The educational package includes cognitive activities that provide information and knowledge on the subject, as well as more active or experiential activities that encourage children to think critically and creatively. The activities are tailored for different age groups. Activities for younger children include more play, while activities for older children are more educationally demanding.
